Bridgeveyor is a medium duty round enclosed track overhead conveyor. Flexibility and cost effectiveness make Bridgeveyor one of the most widely used in the industry.
Features
Bridgeveyor is a zinc coated (or optional stainless steel), bolt-together modular overhead conveyor with horizontal curves and vertical inclines and declines.
Its round section has only one opening at the bottom of the track with 50 lb. capacity chain pendants hanging out every 6″. Bridgeveyor provides a large assortment of accessories such as load bars, hooks, rotators. as well as standard and custom hooks.
Benefits
Bridgeveyor’s modularity makes systems easy to install and retrofit as needs change. Their pendant compactness and tight radius curves are ideal for high-density storage systems.
As with all overhead systems, Bridgeveyor frees up valuable floor space by placing the equipment off the floor and moving the product overhead. This leads to increased efficiency and overall cost savings.
Maintenance is minimized with the single opening at the bottom of the track reducing the amount of dirt and debris that can enter the system and cause issues.
Applications
Bridgeveyor applications are endless and found in every industry. High density overhead storage and low cost makes Bridgeveyor ideal for production lines, garment handling, assembly lines, storage and delivery lines, and finishing systems.
